I made a delicious chicken dinner tonight. Both kids loved it and so did the adults! So I thought I'd share!
1 can Chicken broth
2 tbsp Fresh Chives
2 tbsp Fresh Dill
Salt- to taste
Pepper- to taste
2 tbsp Flour
Peas
Chicken breasts
Olive Oil
Flour
Mix together chicken broth, salt, pepper, herbs and flour in a bowl. Set aside.
Place floured chicken in frying pan for 2 minutes on each side. Chicken will be golden brown on each side. Place on a plate and cover with foil.
In the same pan add broth mixture and peas. Allow to cook for a few minutes and add chicken- nestling the breasts into the vegetables. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
I served this with mashed potatoes and it was so good!
